Sometimes you get lucky and find pre-printed forms in the record books. The fill in the blanks means you at least can read most of the document. This is a land record for some Smith's I think are related to my Ordellia Smith. Renselaer Jr is obtaining land from Daniel and Synthia his wife. Their dad, Renselaer is the Justice of Peace that was the official register of the record.
This document is the release of a note that was issued as part of an estate settlement.
